She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Goltz and Florence Goltz (Arnold-Davis); and her siblings, Janene Pinney, Jim Goltz and Daniel Mumby.
She is survived by: her children, Chrissy Lee Goltz and CJ Goltz (Jamie) of Galt, IA; her grandchildren, Isaac, Trevor and Brendon; and her siblings, Jeri Booth Tanner, Mike Goltz, Kimme Pope and Carla Goltz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
