He is survived by: his children, Jolene Davis (Ron) of Jasper, GA and Jeff Parker (Cathlin) of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Daniel Schrader (Sarah Massella), Stefanie Steies (Chris), Shannon Sherwood (Jim), J. J. Parker, Adam Curry, Ross Curry, Ryan Davis and Shane Davis (Kami); his siblings, Paul Parker, Glenn Parker, Lois Stogsdill and Ruth Nuegent; Dave Curry of Le Mars, IA. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Bethel United Methodist Church (503 E South St, Manly, IA 50456). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Township Cemetery (1199 Jay St, Churdan, IA 50050).
