He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ross and Ruth Mable King (Pardee); his daughter Lori Whitney; his in-laws, Lola and Glen Hambly; and his sisters, Gayle, Sandra, Janice and Jill.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Hambly; his children, Tammy Fender (Dennis), David King (Molly), Jeff King (Nicole Ryden) and Debbie King (Chad Kober); his brother-in-law Morris Hambly (Barb); his son-in-law Steve Whitney; and his brother Tim Whitney. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
