He is survived by : his former life partner Kathleen Olson; his son Mark Johnson (Lori) of Lansing, IA; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Daniel and Abagail; his son Michael Johnson of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Kody, Keaton and Kamryn; his daughter Susan Gonnerman; his grandchildren, Ivy, Keith and Avery; and his siblings, Genevieve "Genny" Grube and Dennis Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
