He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Lavern Sr. and Janet Darlene Rainey (Seltun). He is survived by: his partner Sandy Lippstock; his son Mitchell Rainey; his siblings, Paula Carroll (Greg), Liz Rainey (Mark Kuhn) and Lee Rainey; and his stepsons, Bradley Reed Bakken and Christopher Duane Bakken. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
