He is survived by: his mother Janet Dockstader; and his siblings, Daniel Dockstader (Connie) of Le Banon, IL, Scott Dockstader (Maureen) of Ames, IA, Matthew Dockstader of Kansas City, MO and Jackie Bailey (Scott Schmitt) of Waverly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
