It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William C. Blanchard of Manly, Iowa, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clovis Blanchard and Delvina Blanchard (Sauve); his wife Arlene; his son Todd; his grandson Tad Venzke; and his brothers, Charles, James and Paul Blanchard.

He is survived by : his children, Douglas Blanchard (LeAnne), Garner, Michelle, Minneapolis, Kellie LeFebre (Larry) of Lake Benton, MN, Kevin Blanchard (Jaime) of Denver, CO and Sarah Kinne (Kevin); his grandchildren, Will Blanchard (Nichole), Georgia Blanchard (Branden), Cody Venzke (Holly), Kolton, Kelsie and Kendra Kinne; and his siblings, Richard Blanchard (Donna), June Blanchard and Jeri Kolwinska. He is also survived by three great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be left in Bill's honor to Bethel United Methodist Church or the Humane Society of North Iowa.
