She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Martin and Edna Martin; her husband Gib; her siblings, Marion Martin, Dale Martin and Joyce Hoskins; and her siblings-in-law, Norene Martin, Joan Martin, Greta Tollas and Jerry Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Kotval (Joe) of Urbandale, IA, Diane Jones (Brad) of Storm Lake, IA, Michael Phillips (Sandy) of Winterset, IA and Steven Phillips (Julie) of Elkhorn, NE.; her grandchildren, Molly Dammeier (Kasey), Amy Irwin (Tyler), Benjamin Jones (Melissa), Jenny Gass (Alex), Amanda DeVos, Michelle Keough (Casey), Michael J Phillips, Marina Hedlund (Kyle) and Blake Phillips; her great grandchildren, Olivia Dammeier, Wyatt, Owen, Noah Gass, Raylynn, Ayden DeVos, Maverick and Maguire Hedlund; and her sister Elaine Carlson.
