He is survived by : his wife Kathy Blake of Manning; his children, Kia Moran (Scott) of Waukee, Cassie Hansen (Ben Hirsch) of Sioux City, Rick Blake (Hailey) of Casey and Kaylee Blake (Lindley Daubert) of Omaha, NE; and his siblings, Janice Scheffer (Roger) of Omaha, NE and James Blake (Jill) of Sioux City. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
