He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Petersen; his parents, Henry Renken and Amanda Renken; his sister Norma; his brother-in-law George Frerichs; his sister Deloris; his brother-in-law Jack Moritz; his brother Elmer; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Renken.
He is survived by: his children, Denare Armstrong (Renken), Kimmit Renken (Judy), Tascha Renken and Kerris Renken; and his sisters, Wilma Renken and Marlys Renken. He is also survived by four granddaughters, one grandson, four great-grandchildren.
