She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Sidney Baker (Naomi Mattie Russ) and Rita Rae; her former husband Gary Guilford; and her daughter Deborah Dirks. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline (Tim); her grandchildren, Devin Koval, Damon Koval (Paige) and Derek Eaton (Kayla); her son-in-law James Dirks; and her stepdaughters, Jessie and Jamie Dirks. She is also survived by seven great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter.
