She is survived by: her husband Ray Friedrichsen of Mapleton, IA; her children, Michael Friedrichsen (Becky) of Danbury, IA, Father Timothy Friedrichsen of Sioux City, IA, Steven Friedrichsen (Crystal) of Wittman, AZ, Craig Friedrichsen (Liz) of Overland Park, KS, Gary Friedrichsen (Susan) of Overland Park, KS, Lynne Friedrichsen of Mapleton, IA and Lisa Westphalen of Schleswig, IA; and her grandchildren, Renae, Kathy Jo, Bradley (Stephanie), Stephanie, Jennifer (Clayton), Anne (Dan), Patrick (Addyson), Erin (Drew), Shane, Matthew (Megan), Daniel, Paul (Emily), Isabelle and Noah. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; extended family.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 4:45 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (201 N 8th St, Mapleton, IA 51034). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 6:45 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Mapleton, Iowa (201 N 8th St, Mapleton, IA 51034). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (201 N 8th St, Mapleton, IA 51034).
