She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Williamson and Helen Marian Williamson (Thomson); her husband Russ Nixon; her son Raymond Nixon; and her siblings, Charlotte and Richard Williamson.
She is survived by: her sons, John Benjamin (Diana) of DeLand, Florida, Michael Lawrence (LeAnn) of Piedmont and Richard Lynn of Mapleton, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Eric, Clint, Melissa and Augusta. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
