He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud "Little Bud" Allen and Patsy Jo Allen (Madsen); his stepmother Ranae Allen; his grandparents, Joseph "Bud" Allen, Mary Allen (Pauley), Richard "Junior" Madsen and Joan Madsen (Crosgrove); his uncle Jack Allen; and his sister-in-law Stacey Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Adley Allen, Timber Allen and Keira Nolan; his former wife Jennifer Gross; and his siblings, Tracy Bell (Chad), Jamie Allen and Heath Allen (Heidi). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
