With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosemary Barber of Mapleton, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2025 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Bartels and Esther Bartels (Buckner); her husband Gene Barber; and her daughter Cathy Belfrage. She is survived by: her son Jeff Barber (Lana Peterson) of Danbury, Iowa; her grandchildren, Dylan Barber, Devin Howard, Mia Cota, Britton Robertson, Brooklyn Voss, Bryan Voss and Christina Wolfe; her great grandchildren, Daxtyn Howard, Desmond Howard and Emery Webster; and her sister Ginny Norris of Arizona. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
