He is survived by: his wife Julie Nelson of Maquoketa, IA; his children, Justin Winter (Jessica) of Ottumwa, IA, Zach Winter (Bailey) of Knoxville, IA and Kinsey Fenoglio (Nick) of Decatur, IL; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Brekyn, Emmylou Winter and Charlotte Borgman; and his brother Terry Fenoglio (Cindy) of Knoxville, IA..
