She was predeceased by: her father Paul Jacoby; her husband Jack Richard Wentworth; her mother Louise Steggall (Jack Wentworth); her son William Funk; her grandsons, Levi Mitchell and William Frahm; her son-in-law Jeff Miller; her sisters, Helen Meyer, Dorothy Sheetz, Katherine Meinders, Betty "Pat" Sauer, Pauline Closson and Connie Gill; and her pet Georgie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Frahm, Jackie Mitchell and Michele Miller; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Cassie, Lukas, Kiley, Sarah and Joseph. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
