She is survived by: her significant other Dr. Joseph Anthony Lechtenberg Sr.; her children, Mary Pat Burns of Maquoketa, IA, Dr. Joe Lechtenberg Jr. of Baldwin, IA, Ed Lechtenberg (Annette) of Maquoketa, IA, Kurt Lechtenberg (Laurie) of Coralville, IA, Karl Lechtenberg of Bettendorf, IA, Kathy Schmidt (Rick) of Maquoketa, IA and Annette Brasko (Robert) of Apopka, FL; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Lechtenberg.
