She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Fuzzy" Clark; her children, Teresa Hansen (Todd) of Maquoketa, IA, Kathy Clark of Maquoketa, IA and Johnny Clark Sr. of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her brother Clarence Risden.
