He is survived by: his former wife Dianne Marie Hayward; his children, Krista Mulder (Todd) of Shell Rock and Kevin Barker (Kiri) of Maquoketa, Iowa; his grandchildren, Alana Barker (Todd Acton), Lucas Mulder and Averi Barker; his former wife Dianne Barker of Maquoketa, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Garien, Robert Hayward, Russ Hayward, Sam Dobson, Sandra Hayward, Sue Corlis and Susan Hayward.
A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home Order Flowers (318 W Pleasant St, Maquoketa, IA 52060).
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Robert R. "Bob" Barker memorial fund has been established.
