He was predeceased by: his parents, Weaver W. Crouch and Frankie B. Crouch (Jackson); his wife Norma C. Gonner; his daughter Mary Ann; his parents-in-law, George and Alverda Gonner; and his brothers, Warren G. and Ennis G. Crouch.

He is survived by: his children, Bradley, Timothy, Keith and Lisa; his grandchildren, Boden, Mackey, Armand Crouch, Blake and Luke Elgin; and his siblings, Frances Charlene Regenwether, Anna Arleene Witczak and Weaver D. Crouch.

Memorials may be made to Maquoketa Firefighters Association or his family in his honor.
