With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wanda Kay Cass of Maquoketa, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman S. Welch and Beulah Mae Welch (McNamee); her husband Robert O. Filloon; her sons, Robert Joseph and James Lee; her brother Keith Welch; her grandchildren, Jonathan Filloon and Adrienne Filloon; her great grandchildren, Saylee Parks and Tyler LaFrenz; her brothers-in-law, Lavern Kemp and Gary Binns; her daughters-in-law, Laurie Feuss and Robin Filloon; and her close friends, Mary Hicks and Charlie Garien.

She is survived by: her children, Machell Filloon of Maquoketa, IA and Mark Filloon (Jody) of Maquoketa, IA; her sisters, Beverly Kemp and Mary Binns of Maquoketa, IA; and her sister-in-law Carol Welch of DeWitt, IA.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a Wanda K. Cass memorial fund has been established.
