He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Wanda Lee Rockwell (Garretson) of Maquoketa, IA; his former life partner Sandra Frank; his father Donald Rockwell; his wife Janice Caine of Maquoketa, IA; his brother Warren Rockwell of Maquoketa, IA; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Rockwell, Cody Rockwell, Kristina Ihrig, Dustin Derganz and Aggie Derganz; and his sisters, Lynne Rockwell and Sharon Derganz.
