He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his son Luke; his grandson Zander of Spencer, IA; his daughter Pamela Rogers (Paul) of Butler, MO; his grandchildren, Tim (Becky), Samantha (Levi), Paul (Shawna), Tiara and Heath (Josephine); and his sisters, Carol Sebastian of Independence, KS, Cheri Radford of Seminole, OK and Connie Corbett (Leonard) of Lufkin, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
