She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Ballard of Marcus, IA and Susan Kolker (Arlan) of Shawnee, KS; her granddaughters, Allison Kolker (Kyle Epps) of Chicago, IL, Ashley Kleich (Taylor) of Sioux City, IA and Jaidyn Ballard of Wayne, NE; and her great grandchildren, Landon and Paige Kleich.
