He is survived by: his wife Connie Martin; his daughters, Heidi Holmes (Jerome) of Marcus and Kelli Carey (Chad) of Cherokee, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jerome, Devyn, Mya, Reegen and Reese; his siblings, Jim Schachterle (Mary Ann), Dave Schachterle (Linda) and Sherry Arends (Bob); his sister-in-law Karen Buss (Mick); his mother-in-law Lillian Martin; Kayla and Kendall Holmes.
