She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Martin; her husband Louie Green; and her sister Michelle Dort. She is survived by: her mother Lavonne "Voni" Martin (Cooper); her sons, Jason Yockey (Shauna), Spencer Yockey (Trisha), Tony Green (Aimee) and Scott Green (Stacey); her grandchildren, Tony Heisterkamp (Jackie), Taylor Yockey (Taylor), Samantha Reno (Dan), Bryce Bishop (Amy), Brittney Yockey and Alexandria Yockey; her great grandchildren, Nora Reno, Kennedy Reno, Ember Deming, Spencer Deming and Ward Yockey; and her sister Vicki Evans (Joe).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Smithland Fire Station (107 Hickory St, Smithland, IA 51056).
In lieu of flowers, Susan's family requests donations be made to Cherokee Regional Hospice at 300 Sioux Valley Drive, Cherokee, IA 51012.
