With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Connie J. Cooling of Marengo, Iowa, born in Holstein, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Connie left this world on May 22, 2025 at the age of 58, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Schubert and Donna Schubert (Ruhlow); and her brother Kyle. She is survived by: her husband Ray Cooling; her sons, Dalton Cooling (Cassidy) of Brooklyn and Dakota Cooling (Jolissa) of Brooklyn; her grandchildren, Dallas, Delilah and Louyah; her siblings, Clair Morong (Mike) of Parker, CO and Kerry Schubert (Carla) of Holstein; and her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kara, Casey, Wesley and Justin.
A reception was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Iowa Valley High School (359 E Hilton St, Marengo, IA 52301).
In lieu of flowers, a general memorial fund has been established.
