She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ballard and Esther Ballard (Whitfield); her spouse Parlyn Matthew Plotz of Patrick's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Edmund, Harry, LeRoy, Irene Frimml, Estelle Kensler, Bob, Jim, Althon Leon and Joseph Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Plotz (Teresa) of Marengo and Lisa Costigan of Marengo; her grandchildren, Megan Plotz of Cedar Rapids and Casey Costigan of Marengo; and her brother Richard Ballard of Williamsburg.
A rosary service will begin at 4:30 p.m. A general memorial fund has been established.
