It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gorsch (Marengo, Iowa), who passed away on July 29, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Gorsch to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd "Bud" Gorsch and Edith Gorsch (Hughes); his sister Roberta Kleppe; and his close friend Lori Sykes. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Partridge (Jason) of Blairstown, Tina Crossmon (Patrick) of Victor, Logan Gorsch (Shyanna) of Marengo and Travis Gorsch of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Jaxson Throgmartin and Colter James Gorsch; his siblings, Mary Bloomme of Belle Plaine, Nancy Martinson of Brownsburg, IN, Janice Gorsch of Cedar Rapids and Robert "Bob" Gorsch (Sharon) of Victor; and also Brittany York (Dusty) of Belle Plaine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1669 Court Ave, Marengo, IA 52301. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
