It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Alderany of Marengo, Iowa, born in Wessington Springs, South Dakota, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Madsen and Violet Madsen (Kramvieda); her son Dustin Madsen; and her sisters, Rose Price and Kathy Larson.
She is survived by : her children, Shane Madsen (Michelle) of Arvada and Michelle Kimball of Aberdeen; her grandchildren, Nathan, Haley and Ashley Kimball; and her siblings, Betsy Kelchen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Larry Madsen (Judy) of Marengo, Leroy Madsen of Texas and Kenny Madsen of Huron.
