He is survived by: his son Herbert Weiss (Carolyn) of Kalona; his grandchildren, Zachariah Weiss (Mary) of Kalona and Lauryn Weiss of Riverside; his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Adaline and Rosemary; and his brothers, Martin Weiss (Patricia) of Omaha and James Weiss of Amana.
