He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Richard and Janice Elaine Nicely (Dennis); and his brother Dawian Keegan. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Sue Kreimer; his daughter Danielle Henre (Michael II); his grandchildren, Jaden Goellnitz, Paxton, Paris and Parker Henre of Kansas; his sons, Kody Nicely of Marengo and Kole Nicely (Allison); his grandchildren, Calvin, Cohen and Cassidy Nicely of Blairstown; his stepson Kyle A. Johnson of Cedar Rapids; and his siblings, Ranell Lankford of Duncombe, IA, Jeanna Keegan, Harley Richard Nicely Jr. (Sara) and Richard Harley Nicely (Bambi).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Funeral Homes - Marengo (298 W Washington St, Marengo, IA 52301).
A general memorial fund has been established.
