We announce the death of Ruth M. Hahn (Marengo, Iowa), who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Schumacher and Emma Schumacher (Kimm). She is survived by: her children, Ned Hahn of Anchorage, Joni Heitman (Leon) of Cedar Rapids and Marty Hahn (Tara) of New Prague, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Annette Fugitt (Darrin), Danielle Bowman (Brian), Christine Homan (Zach), Kent Heitman (Brooke), Abby Heitman, Bridger Hahn (Haylee) and Karly Hahn Rajadurai (Ben); and her sister-in-law Beverly Roggentien. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. John’s Lutheran Church or a charity of your choice in Ruth’s honor.
