She is survived by: her husband Don Slaymaker of Patrick's Catholic Church; her sons, Matt Slaymaker (LeeAnn) of North Liberty and Dan Slaymaker (Leanne) of Marengo; her grandchildren, Luke Slaymaker (Taylor), Mason Slaymaker, Jackson, Jasmine and Joselin Slaymaker; and her brother David Feckley (Suzanne) of Wylie, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A general memorial fund has been established.
