She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin and Madonna Taylor (Zubrod); and her sister Mary J. Hogan. She is survived by: her husband Ray Schmidt of Marion; her daughters, Lisa Hapner of Marion and Lora Oldfather (Chris) of Central City, Iowa; her grandchildren, William Hofmeister, Alex Hofmeister, Tristan Hofmeister (Lakeysha), Sara Moore, Logan Oldfather and Makenna Oldfather; her great grandchildren, Selena Hofmeister, Elijah and Finnigan Hofmeister; and her brothers, John Taylor (Karlene) of Cedar Rapids and Joe Taylor (Daveeta) of Marion.
