She is survived by: her son Robert Hoffman (Nancy); her grandsons, Andrew Hoffman (Abby) and Adam Hoffman (Kaitlyn); her great grandchildren, Andersen Hoffman and Adrian Hoffman; her siblings, John Jones (Donna) and Kathryn Chooljian; and her sister-in-law Thelma Jacobs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
