She is survived by: her mother Donna Begalske of Monona, Iowa; her husband Ed George of Marion; her son Sam George of Des Moines; her stepson Ralph George (Michelle) of Ames; her sisters, Linda Kimzey (Mark) of Mount Pleasant and Diane Rothmeyer (Dan) of Monona; and her siblings' children, Kaitlyn Schrader (Burke) of Cedar Rapids, Rebekah Kimzey of Norwalk, John Rothmeyer of Marion and Aaron Kimzey (McKenzie) of Monmouth, Illinois..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services (1844 1st Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Marion (1790 14th St, Marion, IA 52302). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 10:00 PM at the Oak Shade Cemetery (789 2nd Ave, Marion, IA 52302).
