He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Russ, Joan Moravek and Ben Albaugh; and his aunts and uncles, Sharon Pickering, Dianne Moravek, Laura Henkel, Steven Moravek and Gary Henkel.

He is survived by : his parents, Robert Moravek (Tammy Klinkkammer) and Karla Moravek (Mull); his brother Matt Moravek (Robyn); his nieces, Emmy and Adley; and his grandmother Judy Albaugh. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
