She is survived by: her former husband Marvin Schlichte; her daughters, Karla Schlichte-Morse (Eric) of Carmel and Lisa Haire (Barry) of Papillion, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Andy Schlichte (Tylar) of Riverside, Kelsy Gaede (Brandon) of Omaha, Brittany Haire of Papillion, Olivia Morse of Carmel and Aidan Morse of Carmel; her great grandchildren, Carson, Nora Gaede of Omaha and Addison Schlichte of Riverside; and her close friends, Curtis Burgin of Marion and Razzy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's memory may be directed to either the Hiawatha Care Center or to Mercy Hospice.
