He is survived by : his sons, Doug Blair (Carol) of Swisher and Jeff Blair (Theresa) of Swisher; his grandchildren, Andrea, Lindsey (Josh) and Michael; his great grandchild Eli; and his sister Sandra Walters (Lloyd) of Maryville, TN..
