He was predeceased by: his father David Jensen. He is survived by: his children, David Jensen III and Courtney Jensen; his grandson Mason Jensen; his sisters, Linda Schrader (Dennis) and Mary Menzies (Ian); and his mother Gwili Jensen, Sr. (Hoyer). He is also survived by niece; and two nephews.
