He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fitzpatrick and Joan Fitzpatrick (Gorman); his niece Abbie Fitzpatrick; his great-nephew Daxton; his siblings-in-law, Mark Mohwinkle and Pamela Mohwinkle; and his father-in-law Dale Mohwinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Mohwinkle of Marion; his daughter Hannah Rose of Marion; his granddaughter Chelsie Therese; his siblings, Chris Milner (Mark) of Beaverton, Tim Fitzpatrick (Denise) of Fairfax, Jeff Fitzpatrick (Carrie) of Hiawatha, René Melchior (Dan) of Cypress and Denise Fitzpatrick of Elkhorn, Wisconsin; and his mother-in-law Mary Mohwinkle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
