He is survived by: his wife Vivian Jack (Smith); his children, Tara Coats (Dave) of Victor, Taran Jack of Grand Meadow, Trevor Jack (Stacy) of Tiffin and Vanessa Bunger (Nick) of Marion; his grandchildren, Jacob Coats of Victor, Haley Coats of Washington, IA, Kendall Jack of Grand Meadow, Carson Jack of Grand Meadow, Jalyssa Wilson, Nolan Jack of Tiffin and Ellie Bunger of Marion; his great grandchildren, Paisley Coats and Dak Gilbertson; and his siblings, Linda Wallace (Rocky) of Montezuma, Connie Kempf (Keith) of Victor, Bruce Jack (Kim) of Hartwick and Vicky Blum (Dennis) of Peosta.
