He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvile Pittam and Arra Pittam (Colclasure); his parents-in-law, Ernest and Marcella Polage; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Polage; his son Greg (Terrence Funke); his granddaughter Mazikeen; his sister Deb; his brother-in-law Dave Rippe of Bruning, NE; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Pittam of Denver, CO., Lynn Rosen (Scott) of Parker, CO, Seth Rippe (Katie) of Cedar Rapids, Ross Rippe (Michael Kahle) of Omaha, NE and Sydney Hecke (Tim) of Geneva, NE.
