She was predeceased by: her parents, R. C. Renfer and Mildred Renfer (Shaffer); her husbands, Howard Duane Moyer and Jack; her siblings, Clair (Maxine), Ernest, Irwin (Doris) and Anita Crutchley (Harold); and her great grandchild Angelica Jo "AJ" Washington.

She is survived by: her children, Bob Moyer of Traer, Connie Moyer of Marion, Clif Moyer of Minneapolis and Tim Moyer (Dianne) of Arkansas; her stepsons, Craig Schwartz of Louisiana and Kent Schwartz (Audrey) of Ames, Iowa; her grandchildren, Trevor Noggle (Jennifer), Michelle Fields (George), Becki Washington, Kristin Stakland (Eric), Bonyta Moyer, Elizabeth Cetiner (Ali) and Brian Moyer (Hallie); and her in-laws, Irma Moyer, Rayferd and Jane Moyer. She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; 17 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Donna's memory for Camp Courageous or St. Luke's Hospice.
