He was predeceased by: his parents, William CF and Rose Koehn (Behrens); his wife Donna Whitley; and his siblings, Ray, Alvin, Bill, Milford, Dick, Leo Koehn, Eileen Kuhse, Evelyn Clark and Rose Lavon Matuska.
He is survived by: his children, Rosalyn Pillard (Ken) of Ryan, Roger Koehn (Janis) of Cape Fair and Russell Koehn (Katie) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kyle Pillard (Kristi), Kali Meeker (Jed), Kyann Banghart (Mark), Cody Koehn and Samantha Lukemyres (Matt); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kora, Kyson, Jamison, Kensington, Kallen, Hadley and Brae; his girlfriend Annamae Baker; and his partner's children, Lynette Koffron (Dave) and Mark Rodman (Deanna). He is also survived by extended family members, including in-laws, many nieces and nephews.
