He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Elaine Johnson, Robert and Delores Maddigan; his aunts and uncles, Brian Johnson, Pat Maddigan, Mike Maddigan, Timothy Maddigan, Tom Maddigan, Terry Maddigan, Kelly Maddigan and Eileen Ladimer; and his cousin Brian Davidson.
He is survived by: his parents, Mary Colleen (Maddigan) and Allen Johnson; his half-brother Carl Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Johnson (Deana), Carol Ramussen (John), Jack Davidson (Barb), Maureen Maddigan, Kevin Maddigan, Kathleen Maddigan and Mary Maddigan (Pat Bresnahan).
