She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Pearson and Gladys Pearson; and her husband Gordon Emmons. She is survived by: her siblings, Lucille McDermott of Independence, MO and Vernon Pearson (Doris) of Sibley, MO; and her children, Larry Emmons of Unionville, MO, Paula Mitzel (Fred) of Sarasota, FL and Wendy Bouslog (David) of Marion, IA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
