She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Teslik and Mina Teslik (Shay); her husband Dean Culberson; her daughter Lynn Mota (Alfonso); and her siblings, Joyce Wingler, Rita Teslik, Mary Collingwood and Edward Teslik.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Cabello (Carlos), Eric, Brian Gervais and Deana Arebaugh (Scott); her grandchildren, Jessica, Justin Arebaugh of Marion, Andrew Mota-Culberson and Alex Mota; her brothers, David Teslik of Kirksville, Joe Teslik (Becky) of Coralville and Dean Teslik (Dorothy) of Swisher, Iowa; and her pet Emma.
